Spirit Ocean Adventure ENROLLMENT

To enroll in Spirit Ocean Adventure please follow the steps listed below.  If at any time you have questions please contact South Carolina Maritime Foundation at (843) 722-1030 ext 14 or 11 or email marine@scmaritime.org.

Please read all steps before moving forward:

Step 1:  Download the Spring Break Enrollment Form or the Summer Enrollment Form

Step 2:  Complete, Print, and Sign the Enrollment and Participant Contract for your program.

Step 3:  Payment, the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your space!

             Deposits may be paid by Check, Money Order, or Credit Card - Visa, Master Card,

             Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Summer Program Deposit Only - $500:        

             Submit check or money order payments by mail with your completed

             enrollment form.  Please do not send cash in the mail.

Step 4:  Mail completed forms and deposit if not paid online to:

YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM UNTIL SOUTH CARLINA MARITIME FOUNDATION HAS RECEIVEDYOUR COMPLETED ENROLLMENT FORM, SIGNED PARTICIPANT CONTRACT, AND DEPOSIT.

Space is limited and will be filled with qualified participants on a first come first serve basis.

If accepted to the program you will receive an acceptance letter and an information packet

in the mail.

Spirit Ocean Adventure is a physically and mentally challenging program.  South Carolina

Maritime Foundation (SCMF) reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any participant.
